SAMUEL BECKETT, 21, of Springfield Close, Watlington, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class A drug – namely a small wrap of cocaine – on October 23 this year in Oxford as well as entering a premise in Kingfisher Green that had a closure order issued by Oxford Magistrates Court on August 31 this year. He was given a community order to complete 10 days of rehabilitation activity and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There was no order for costs.

HUGH WHITE, 62, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to harassment by attending an address in Howe Hill, Watlington without an invitation on November 22 this year which he was prohibited from doing due to an order which was put in place at Oxford Magistrates Court on October 18. He was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He will also need to complete 12 months of alcohol treatment and 15 days of rehabilitation activity. There was no order for costs.

MOUSSA ADOUM, 39, of Rose Hill, Oxford, pleaded guilty to breaching a criminal order on November 22 by begging in a public place which he was prohibited from doing due to an order put in place by Oxford Magistrates Court on May 26. He was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended roe 12 months. He will also need to complete 12 months of treatment at Turning Point. There was no order for costs.

TEDDY BRUCE, 20, of Divinity Road, Oxford, was found guilty to using threatening, abusive, or insulting words with intent to cause that person to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against them on February 26 this year in Oxford. He was fined £180. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £72.

HARRY HOWARD, 21, of Divinity Road, Oxford, was found guilty to using threatening, abusive, or insulting words with intent to cause that person to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against them on February 26 this year in Oxford. KEVIN FINDLEY, 41, of Bernard Close, Ibstock, Leicestershire, pleaded guilty to drug driving on May 17 this year in Stoke Lyne, Oxfordshire as well as driving without a licence and driving without third-party insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £300.

DANIEL MCCARTHY, 42, of Hilton Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for testing on July 23 after being suspected of having committed a driving offence. He also pleaded guilty to resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty. He was given a period of conditional discharge for six months and disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months for a course. He was also fined £80 and made to pay a victim surcharge of £32.

HENRY LEE, 31, of Yeovil Road, Owlsmoor, Sandhurst, pleaded guilty to failing to co-operate with a preliminary breath test in Witney on August 2 this year. He was disqualified from driving for three months and fined £500. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £200.
