Young nature lovers met Father Christmas in a nature spot within an environmental education centre.
The jolly old present-giver received visitors in a bird hide at Sutton Courtenay Environmental Education Centre near Abingdon.
Santa revealed to families that he is a keen bird spotter, then handed nature-themed gifts to share his love of wildlife.

Children also joined in a host of activities including making wildlife-friendly reindeer food and crafting Christmas suncatchers.
Sarah-Louise Adams, who took her children down for some festive nature-themed fun, said: "Thanks so much for all the Christmas celebration activities.
“The boys were so excited to meet Father Christmas and it was so wonderful to find an environmentally-friendly as well as a pocket-friendly option for our Christmas.
“The boys loved all the activities and were all thrilled to meet Santa."
A total of 75 children visited the centre on Saturday and Sunday.
