A man has been jailed at Oxford Crown Court today for dealing Class A drugs.
Krzysztof Bembnista, 48, had initially pleaded guilty at the magistrates' court to possession with intent to supply Class B drug amphetamines but it was later found that 202 of the 233 wraps seized by police in Witney on September 23 were actually cocaine.
He had also admitted to having 'dirty' cash.

Bembnista was given a three-year jail sentence and the judge ordered a forfeiture of drugs and paraphernalia.
The maximum sentence for dealing Class A drugs such as cocaine is life imprisonment compared to 14 years in jail for class B drugs like amphetamines.
