JAMES DAVIDSON, 23, of Pampas Close, Carterton pleaded guilty to drug driving. On May 17 in Banbury, he was driving a Ford Fiesta on the M40 northbound between junction 10 and 11, when the proportion of aDelta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood was greater than 7.0 (ug/L), exceeding the specified limit. Davidson was disqualified for 36 months and fined £266.00.

SAM JONES, 36, Hurstwood Avenue, Bexleyheath, Kent, pleaded guilty to sexual assault on a female, two accounts of assault by beating, sending two images that were grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character and criminal damage under £5000  The offences happened between February 24 and 25 in Tackley in Kidlington. Jones was given a community order of alcohol treatment under the direction of Bexleyheath Addictions in South London for nine months. He must comply with any instructions of the responsible officer to attend rehabilitation appointments for up to a maximum of 70 days.

SHARON POMEROY, 57, of Brome Place, Headington pleaded guilty to racially /religiously aggravated harassment/alarm/distress by words/writing on August 6 in Oxford. Pomeroy was fined £40 and ordered to pay £60 in compensation.

MARTIN EDWARDS, 52, of Cowley Road, Oxford pleaded guilty to two counts of theft from a shop. He stole an electric toothbrush to the value of £65.00 on August 26, bottles of alcohol worth £92.05 and bottles of wine worth £15 all belonging to Tesco. Edwards was fined £120 and ordered to pay back the full amount stolen in compensation.

CHRISTOPHER BROCK, 48, of Hart Place, Bicester, pleaded guilty to four counts of theft from a shop and failure to surrender to police/court bail at the appointed time. He stole a Mo Farah multi-blender worth £29 from B&M in Bicester on July 25. He stole six bottles of prosecco worth £33.72 from Sainsbury’s in Bicester on August 25. He stole a water pistol worth £14.99 from B&M in Bicester on September 5. He stole two bottles of Dura Whiskey worth £74 on September 6 from Sainsbury's in Bicester. On October 17, he failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on September 23. Brock was given a community order under the direction of Turning Point to provide samples for 12 Months as part of a drug rehabilitation programme. He must comply with any instructions of the responsible officer to attend rehabilitation activity for up to a maximum of five days. He must pay £77.21 in compensation.
