Police arrested two motorists for suspected drug driving, including one person wanted for disqualified driving. 

Officers with Thames Valley Police Roads Policing Unit made the arrests yesterday evening, Tuesday, November 28. 

According to TVP Roads Policing social media post, police made the first arrest while patrolling the M40 and watched a vehicle overtake them at speed with tinted front windows. 

After officers pulled the vehicle over the driver failed a drugs wipe for cannabis and was arrested. 

The second arrest happened after officers were searching for a suspected disqualified driver in Banbury

Officers located the driver and they subsequently failed a 'drugs wipe.' Police arrested the driver for for disqualified driving and drug driving. The driver was remanded to appear in court, today, Wednesday, November 29.
