Folk have been invited to attend festive celebrations at the Redrow South Midlands' Sanderson Park development in the village of Ambrosden near Bicester.
The event, which will take place from noon to 3pm on December 3, will feature a special visit from two of Santa's reindeers as well as his helpers.
There will also be mince pies and hot drinks for visitors to enjoy and a chance to take a tour of the development's show home, the three-bedroom Warwick, which is part of Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection.
