WIKTORIA SIWNINSKA, of Eider Way, Didcot pleaded guilty to disclosing/threatening to disclose private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress and send by public communication network an offensive/indecent/obscene/menacing message/matter. She also pleaded guilty to obstructing/resisting a constable in execution of duty. On February 25 in Abingdon, she sent by means of a public electronic communications network a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character and threatened to disclose a private sexual photograph or film with the intention of causing an individual distress. She also wilfully obstructed a constable in the execution of her duty. Siwninska was fined £60 and handed a community order rehabilitation activity where she must comply with any instructions of the responsible officer to attend appointments or to participate in any activity as required by the responsible officer up to a maximum of 30 says. She was given a restraining order not to contact the victim directly or indirectly. The order is in place until November 6, 2024
LUKE PURCELL, 33, of Reed Street, Didcot pleaded guilty to drink driving. On January 1 in Didcot, he drove a VW Caddy van with tests showing he had 201 milligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Purcell was disqualified from driving for 22 months and fined £747.
DANIEL MCMASTER, 34, of Bullingdon, Patrick Haugh Road, Arncott, Bicester, pleaded guilty to using threatening/abusive/insulting words/ behaviour to cause harassment/alarm/ distress on April 21. He was ordered to pay £150 in compensation.
BEN MILLER, 30, of Nowell Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft of a pedal cycle. On August 29, 2022, he stole a Cannondale Lefty pedal cycle to the value of £2000 from Somerville College. On August 29, 2022, he also stole a Whistle Mountain Bike pedal cycle to the value of £1299 from Hythe Bridge Street. On September 1, 2022, he stole a Trek Domaine AL3 pedal cycle to the value of £1000 from Turtle Street. Miller was ordered to pay £600 in compensation and given a community order lasting 19 days.
KAYLEIGH JACKSON, 26, of Lansdown Road, Faringdon, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker. On September 30 on Park End Street, she assaulted two police officers. Jackson has been given a community order for 9 months of mental health treatment at St Andrews care home. She has also been ordered to pay £50 in compensation.
SAMUEL O'ROURKE, 28, of Fettiplace, Charlton, Wantage pleaded guilty to drug driving. On April 29 in Abingdon, he drove Ford Transit Pick on Milton Hill Road when having 7ug/100ml of Delta-9 Tetrahydracannibol in his blood. O’Rourke was given a 12 month driving disqualification and a £400 fine.
MICHAEL ROCHE, 34, Armstrong Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving. On May 3 he drove a Ford S Max on Fern Hill Road in Oxford when the proportion of Benzoylecgonine in his blood was not less than 103 (ug/L) and therefore exceeded the specified limit. Roche was disqualified from driving for 12 months and handed a £266 fine.
