November is just around the corner which means festive Christmas markets will start popping up all over the UK - not least in Oxfordshire.
Christmas markets are (arguably) the number one way of getting in the festive spirit, typically by consuming large quantities of mulled wine.
Whether you’re looking for tasty treats, traditional decorations, handpicked arts and crafts or just shopping for a last-minute present, a Christmas market is the place to be, especially for the little ones.
With that in mind, we've taken the liberty of drawing up the main Christmas markets that'll be taking place across Oxfordshire over the coming months.
Oxfordshire Christmas markets:
Blenheim Palace Christmas Market 2023
When: 18 November to 18 December
Where: Blenheim Palace
Escape the bustle of the high street and soak up the festive atmosphere of the Christmas market set against the magnificent backdrop of Blenheim Palace.
With many designer/maker craft traders housed within wooden chalets in the Great Court, the market is filled with a distinctive range of artisan ceramics, textiles, homewares, leather goods, jewellery, toys, stationery, bags, hats, and so much more.

Cogges Manor Farm Christmas Market
When: 25 & 26 November
Where: Cogges Manor Farm, Witney
The Christmas Market at Cogges Manor Farm will return to the Cogges Barns with a carefully curated collection of local traders offering a selection of artisan arts and crafts, unique gifts and homewares, accessories and delicious treats. And you can select your own beautiful Christmas trees for sale in the festive forest.

Oxford Victorian Christmas Market 2023
When: 16 to 19 November
Where: Broad Street, Oxford
Step back in time and experience the magic of the Victorian era at the beloved Oxford Victorian Christmas Market! Join us on Broad Street for a festive celebration like no other.
Enjoy live music, browse through artisan traders, indulge in delicious festive food and drinks, and be captivated by exciting street entertainment.

Oxford City Christmas Market 2023
When: 30 November to 23 December
Oxford City Christmas Market is set to take place in the heart of the city on beautiful and historic Broad Street in 2023 with a mix of local arts and crafts, food stalls and gifts.
The Christmas Market will be open for 24 days from Thursday, 30 November to Saturday, 23 December 2023 inclusive.
Prices: Free entry
Trading times:
Sunday to Thursday from 10.00am to 6.00pm
Friday and Saturday from 10.00am to 8.00pm
