A 25-year-old man has been accused of raping a 13-year-old girl twice at a fancy dress event in Mid Wales.
Alexander Charles Meyer, of Church Road, Sandford, appeared before Welshpool magistrates today charged with two offences of rape against the teenager in the grounds of St Idloes Church, in Llanidloes, on Friday. He was remanded in custody until he appears at Mold Crown Court on July 18.
