I read with interest Penny Little's letter (Oxford Mail, June 20), saying that she had written to Shami Chakrabarti and Liberty, asking their position on hunting, and had had no reply.
She says it would be very welcome if they could clarify their position.
Some time ago, I asked Mrs Little in a letter to the Oxford Mail if she was against the control of pests, where necessary, such as pigeons, rabbits, rats, squirrels etc, and would she like to ban the sprays that are used by householders to kill wasps and ants that leave them in agony before they die? She did not reply.
Maybe she would now like to clarify her position. That also would be very welcome.
