TOMAS GOREL, 38, of Blenheim Drive, Bicester, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating her in Bicester on April 21. He was given a community order with up to 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days, was fined £150, and must pay a £114 victim surcharge.

GABRIEL TSVETANOV, 24, of Shelley Road, Oxford, accepted a charge of assaulting a woman in Oxford in January by beating her. The magistrates imposed a six month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £111 in costs and surcharge.

KATHERINE FLYNN, 42, of Gregory Place, Witney, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW 1 Series on Tower Hill, Burford Road and Downs Road, Witney, while disqualified and uninsured. The offences were committed on April 13. She was given a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement and must wear a GPS tag until the end of February. She was banned from driving for 14 months and ordered to pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

EDWARD LOCKYER, 65, of Acacia Avenue, Oxford, pleaded guilty to breaching a sexual harm prevention order made by Oxford Crown Court in 2020. He failed to disclose an internet enabled device to police officers responsible for managing his compliance with the court order. The magistrates fined him £80, with the court record noting that the offence was a year old and there had been no breaches of the order since. “Nothing was found on the laptop,” the court noted.  Lockyer was also ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

JERMAINE MCSPORRAN, 46, of The Paddock, Longworth, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Fiat Fiorino on Osler Road, Oxford, while over the limit for cannabis. Blood tests showed he had 7ugl in his system, more than three times the legal limit. He was fined £358, banned from driving for a year and was ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £143 victim surcharge.

TOM STEELE, 25, of Baker Road, Abingdon, admitted drug driving a Mini Cooper in Tamar Way and Trent Road, Didcot, on March 21. Blood tests showed he had cocaine in his system. He was banned from the roads for three years, fined £80 and ordered to pay £85 in costs.

ROBERT GJERGJI, 36, of Grenoble Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man by beating him on Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, on August 16. The magistrates imposed a community order with 50 hours of unpaid work and ordered he pay £30 in compensation.

LOUISE GOODMAN, 34, of Queensway, North Moreton, pleaded guilty to drink driving a VW Taigo on Hadden Hill. Breath tests showed Goodman was more than five times over the legal drink-drive limit, blowing 180mgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She received a community order with 240 hours of unpaid work, 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days and a three-year roads ban. She must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
