A man has appeared in court accused of attacking another with a wine glass.

Cameron O’Malley-Richardson, 28, is said to have launched the assault with the broken glass after being invited back to his alleged victim’s home in Ashbury, near Swindon, in the early hours of August 5.

Having been invited back to the complainant’s home, he is alleged to have struck him with a shoe then, after the other man returned the blow, hit him repeatedly to the head with the wine glass.
