A planning application has been submitted to convert a former business into a house.
The old photography studio at 60 Percy Street in Oxford would be turned into a one-bedroom property under the plans.
The building was previously used as a church hall until 1984.

The property is currently vacant after trading ended there in June last year.
But the application has been submitted by people who have owned the premises for over 40 years.
The application was received by Oxford City Council on July 7 and it was validated on July 12.
Planning documents state there would not be any significant alteration to the property if given the green light by councillors.
A decision will be made on the application in due course.
