JOSHUA SMITH, 26, of Rectory Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to three counts of assault, committed on Cowley Road. He was ordered to pay £400 in compensation.

JOANNE LOVEGROVE, 50, of Morrell Crescent, Littlemore, admitted stalking a woman by attending her property in Crowmarsh Gifford and calling her phones. She received a six month conditional discharge and was given a restraining order preventing her from attending the Crowmarsh property until December 8. She must pay £66 in costs and surcharge.

AARON FRANKLIN, 31, care of Upper Aynho Grounds, pleaded guilty to using disorderly behaviour in Heyford Park on May 10. He was fined £500 and ordered to pay £285 in costs and surcharge.

LEVI GRANT, 46, of Walker Drive, Faringdon, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Vauxhall Insignia on May 26. He was caught in Faringdon Market Place, with tests showing he had 45mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He also admitted driving without a valid licence or insurance. He was fined £1,000, banned from driving for 16 months and must pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

SAMANTHA WESTON, 59, of Flexneys Paddock, Stanton Harcourt, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Cogges Lane, Stanton Harcourt, last August. The assault was reckless, the court record noted. She received a conditional discharge and must pay £111 in costs and surcharge.

MAURICIO MOTTA, 39, of Templar Road, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis having been in charge of a vehicle. He was fined £300, banned from the roads for a year and must pay £205 in costs and surcharge.

GRACE THOMAS, 21, of Larkhill Road, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Renault Clio in Lombard Street on May 26. Tests showed she had 50mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The limit is 35mcgs. She was fined £392, banned from the roads for 14 months, and must pay £242 in costs and surcharge.

BRIAN HERRING, 39, of Wessex Road, Didcot, admitted drink driving a vehicle in Ock Street, Abingdon, on May 27. He was more than twice the legal limit, blowing 77mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Herring was fined £346, banned from driving for 19 months and must pay £85 in costs and a £138 victim surcharge.

SAUL SAMUELS, 21, of Wilsdon Way, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Mercedes A class on Banbury Road, Oxford, on May 27. He had 46mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £346, banned from driving for 14 months and must pay £85 in costs and a £138 victim surcharge.

ANDREW LYON, 50, of Parsons Close, Wootton, admitted drink driving in Wootton on May 27. Tests showed he was almost twice the legal limit, blowing 68mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £692, banned from the roads for 17 months and must pay a £276 victim surcharge and £85 in costs.
