BERNADETTE REILLY, 20, of Mortimer Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting from stores in Oxford and Banbury, and was found guilty of assaulting a man in Sainsbury’s, Heyford Hill, on February 22. She was fined £316 and ordered to pay £500 in costs.
JONATHAN JACO, 44, of Flux Drive, Deddington, admitted drink driving a Volvo S40 on Broad Gap, Bodicote, on April 29. Tests showed he had 86mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath; more than twice the legal limit of 35mcgs. He was fined £120, banned from driving for 21 months and ordered to pay £133 in costs and surcharge.

LUKE BREMNER, 39, of Speedwell Arch, Harwell, admitted drink driving a white Transit van at Sainsbury’s, Heyford Hill, on April 29. He had 100mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was ordered to do 100 hours of unpaid work, disqualified from driving for 26 months and ordered to pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
KEVIN CRIERIE, 48, of Thorney Leys, Witney, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable in Witney on April 30. He was fined £1,200, ordered to pay £100 in compensation and must pay £565 in costs and surcharge.

CHARLOTTE TURNER, 36, of Kingsway, Coventry, admitted two counts of assault by beating in Faringdon on May 10. She received a three month conditional discharge and must pay a £26 victim surcharge.
SIMON LUKAUSKAS, 51, care of Ealing Road, Brentford, pleaded guilty to harassment of a man in Oxford at the start of this year. He was found guilty of failing to surrender to bail. He must do 100 hours of unpaid work and up to 14 rehabilitation activity requirement days as part of a community order. A restraining order prevents him from contacting his victim. He was ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £95 victim surcharge.

MARCUS ASHCROFT-JONES, 40, of Carlton Road, Oxford, admitted drug driving a Honda Civic in Sunderland Avenue, Oxford, in January. Tests showed he was over the legal limit for cannabis and ketamine. He was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
LUKE HOW, 19, of Maury Road, London, pleaded guilty to damaging an automatic door belonging to Travelodge in Bicester on April 1. The offence was committed jointly with another. He was ordered to pay £100 in compensation.
DAVID ALLEN, 33, of Green Hitchings, Great Milton, pleaded guilty to controlling and coercive behaviour, committed between April 13 and 17. The district judge imposed a community order with a 112 day alcohol abstinence monitoring tag and up to 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He was ordered to pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
JAMES MURRAY, 56, of Whimbrel Close, Bicester, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis at Banbury police station on May 1, having been stopped on suspicion of having committed a traffic offence. He received a 12 week prison sentence suspended for a year, with 120 hours of unpaid work. He was disqualified from driving for 30 months and ordered to pay £239 in costs and surcharge.
