The man who died in a serious crash near Banbury on May 28 has been named by Oxford Coroner’s Court.
Adrian Bell, aged 59 of Mill Lane, Tidmarsh, Reading was killed on the A423 Southam Road in Mollington.
His white Berlingo van and a black Volkswagen Tiguan were the two vehicles involved in the crash.

The Volkswagen driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Mr Bell, a narrow boat instructor, was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics from South Central Ambulance Service.
A post-mortem examination found his cause of death to be multiple injuries.
An inquest into his death was opened at Oxford Coroner’s Court yesterday (June 14).
The purpose of an inquest is to determine the circumstances of an unnatural death.
The date for the conclusion of the inquest has not yet been set.
