A 24-year-old man has admitted posing as a learner driver in order to take other people's tests.
Oxford Crown Court heard that Palwinder Johal, of Warwick Crescent in Hayes, Middlesex, dishonestly tried to obtain eight theory test certificates, lying about being the provisional driving licence holder in order to sit the tests.
Oxford Crown Court heard he falsely claimed to be the person named on a provisional driving licence in a bid to sit theory tests on 13 occasions.
Johal admitted attempting to obtain property by deception and two counts of fraud and was remanded in custody until sentencing on July 18.
