A man has been charged with a public order offence after an alleged incident at Oxford rail station.
Great Western Railway staff reported that a passenger on one of the platforms had become abusive over the price of his ticket.
Carlston Steele, 19, of Easington Gardens, Banbury, has been bailed to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court on July 1.
