A driver was found not to have a full licence when stopped for having cloned number plates.
Officers stopped the vehicle stopped in Banbury as they suspected it using cloned number plates.
The driver was the registered keeper but officers found they only had a provisional licence and had no insurance on the vehicle.

The vehicle was seized and the driver was reported.
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: "Vehicle stopped in Banbury as suspected as being on cloned number plates.
"Driver was the registered keeper but only had a provisional licence and had no insurance on the true vehicle identity.
"Driver reported and vehicle seized."
