A man has been charged with a public order offence after an alleged incident at Oxford train station yesterday morning.
Great Western Railway staff reported that a passenger had become abusive over the price of his ticket on one of the platforms at around 9am.
Carlston Steele, 19, of Easington Gardens, Banbury, has been bailed to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court on July 1.
