A constable faces the sack for allegedly touching a junior female officer repeatedly last year.
PC David Arnaud is accused of ‘deliberately’ touching the woman in a ‘sexual manner without her consent’ in October and November.
A misconduct hearing later this month will decide on the truth of the allegations faced by Mr Arnaud. If proven, Thames Valley Police said the allegations would amount to gross misconduct and would justify the officer’s dismissal.
The force, which brings the misconduct case, claims that their officer breached the standards of professional behaviour.
The misconduct hearing will be held at Thames Valley’s headquarters in Kidlington on June 19 and 20, with the panel chaired by barrister Karimulla Khan.
