A man has been arrested for driving under the influence of cannabis.
Thames Valley Police officers initially stopped a vehicle this morning on Launton Road in Bicester, as no seat belt was being worn.
After providing a positive drug wipe for cannabis, the driver was arrested and taken to Abingdon Custody for a station blood procedure.
