A man allegedly caught on camera with a machete will appear before the magistrates this morning.
Adil Taseem, 22, of Manor Road, Banbury, has been charged with threatening behaviour and possession of a knife.
It followed an incident at a barbershop in Church Lane, Banbury, on Saturday, May 27, Thames Valley Police said.
He is expected to appear before Oxford Magistrates’ Court this morning.
