An eyewitness has described a situation in Cowley involving an empty bus and a police car.
An onlooker on Oxford Road, Cowley, said he saw police inside an empty bus on the side of the road, talking with the bus driver.
He said a man had been handcuffed and was lying on the road nearby.

The eyewitness took a picture which shows the bus, which appears to be the number 5 towards Blackbird Leys, with a police car parked behind it.
Police have been contacted for comment.
Police were also called to Cowley just over a month ago; their cars were spotted in the area outside of the Christian Life Centre.
It appeared to be in connection with a shoplifting incident in St Clements in the morning of March 30.
