A full set of local election results for West Oxfordshire District council have been announced.

The election saw 67 candidates running for 17 seats and the results mean the Liberal Democrats are now the council's largest party.

The Liberal Democrats, the Labour Party and the Green Party will remain in control of the council as part of their alliance and the Conservative Party will now be slightly weaker.

The number of councillors who are part of this cross party alliance has risen from 26 to 31.

Last year, the Conservative Party lost control of the council after 22 years in charge.

The Liberal Democrats won six seats (+3), the Conservative Party won six seats (-3), the Labour Party won four seats (+1) and the Green Party won one seat (+1).
