The Frog Orange shop in Windmill Road is currently listed on Zoopla.
The asking price is currently in the region of £265,000.

The commercial property is 600 sq ft and is described as having a good footfall.
Frog Orange specialises in helium balloons and used to have a sister shop on Walton Street in Jericho which closed in 2020.
The owners blamed the Covid-19 pandemic and high rent for a drastic fall in revenue.
The shop had been trading for more than 30 years.
