SIDNEY GRIFFIN, 21, of Dashwood Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. He was found not guilty of a separate allegation of assault by beating. He was fined £100 for the drugs matter and must pay £84 in costs and surcharge.

JONATHAN MUYULU, 30, of Besant Way, London, admitted driving a VW Passat at Bicester Village shopping centre while over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and must pay £234 in costs and surcharge.

BAKARI BIBILASHVILI, 37, of Songers Close, Botley, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and drink driving. He had been stopped in Songers Close on August 9 last year, when tests found he had 11mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath; more than three times the legal limit. He must complete 120 hours of unpaid work, was banned from the roads for 26 months and ordered to pay £264 in costs surcharge.

BENJAMIN WYATT, 40, who gave a care of address in Larch Close, Bicester, admitted drug driving a Mercedes Sprinter in Peregrine Way, Bicester, last August. Tests showed he was over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £120, banned from the roads for a year and ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

BARRY BUNYAN, 29, of Whitethorn Way, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW 520 in Grenoble Road while over the cannabis drug-driving limit. He was banned from driving for a year, fined £450 and ordered to pay £265 in costs and surcharge.

EDWARD HOLLAND, 45, of Robinson Road, Boars Hill, admitted driving a Ford Fiesta on the A41 near Bicester last July while unfit through drugs. Holland was fiend £120, banned from driving for a year and must pay £133 in costs and surcharge.

JONATHAN GRIFFIN, 32, of Crowberry Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of vodka and a common assault at The William Morris pub in Cowley in January. He received a community order and must pay £25 in compensation.

RAVINDER SINGH, 32, of Pel Crescent, Oldbury, admitted driving a BMW 118 on the M40 near Banbury while over the drink drive limit. A breathalyser test showed he had 44mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £461, banned from driving for a year and must pay £269 in costs and surcharge.

BEN BROWN, 26, of Bedford Close, Banbury, admitted drink driving a Hyundai ix20 on the A4260 at Tackley while almost three times the legal drink drive limit. He blew 103mcgs of alcohol; the legal limit is 35. Brown was ordered to do 100 hours of unpaid work as part of a community order, was banned from driving for two years and must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

WEBSTER MUNEMO, 48, of Simcox Gardens, Birmingham, admitted being more than twice the legal drink drive limit. He was caught driving a Range Rover near Bletchingdon in January. Tests showed he had 89mcgs of alcohol in his breath. He was also driving it without insurance. Munemo was fined £230, banned from driving for 46 months and must pay £177 in costs and surcharge.

DANIEL EASTWOOD, 36, of Thorney Leys, Witney, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Ford on the A34 near Botley while over the limit for drug benzoylecgonine. He was fined £560, banned from the roads for three years and ordered to pay £309 in costs and surcharge.
