Items on the menu include the limited edition Massaman Chicken Curry, their bestselling Salt ‘N’ Pepper Chicken, as well as Chopstix favourites including Chicken Katsu Curry and the signature Caramel Drizzle Chicken.

Wok dishes will be made fresh at the wok station known as ‘wok and go.’

Rob Burns, Marketing Director for Chopstix, said: “We’re so pleased to be continuing our relationship with Welcome Break with not one, but two new stores on Welcome Break sites.

“We have such a loyal set of customers up and down the country, so we’re thrilled to be able to open more stories which satisfy the needs of motorway users. We can’t wait to open our doors and for customers to get a taste of what Chopstix has to offer.”

Adrian Grimes, Commercial Director at Welcome Break, commented on the two new Chopstix openings: “Chopstix is a firm favourite with visitors at our Motorway Service Areas.

“With many customers planning their staycations for the upcoming holiday season, we are pleased to expand our partnership with Chopstix, to give our customers visiting Hopwood Park and Oxford more choice and some fantastic dishes.”

The brand now operates in 30 locations across the UK.
