The funeral of Max Sullivan-Webb, who drowned after getting trapped in a storm drain, will be held at St Mary's Church, Cogges, on Monday.
The 17-year-old former Wood Green School pupil, also known as Max Weeden, died on June 3.
His funeral will be held at 1pm followed by a burial at Windrush Cemetery.
Well-wishers are asked to make donations for a memorial bench, with cheques made payable to E Taylor & Son, and sent to 21 Corbett Road, Carterton, OX18 3LG.
