A new planning application regarding plans for 555 homes in Wallingford has been submitted.
Hundreds of new properties are due to be built on land to the West of Wallingford off Wantage Road.
The new Highcroft estate is part of a rapid development program currently underway in South Oxfordshire.

Outline planning permission for the 555 dwellings was initially granted in October 2017.
This permission allowed the development to go ahead but required subsequent applications to be submitted that would finalise the plans.
The most recent application is seeking approval for the appearance, landscaping and layout of the development.
The application has been submitted by the developer Berkeley St Joseph and the agent is Carter Jonas.
The properties will consist of a mixture of one bed, two bed, three bed and four plus bed properties.
