Specially trained fire investigators are currently working with Thames Valley Police to determine the cause of the fire.

Fire crews were called to the incident just after 4pm on February 16.

Two fire engines arrived rapidly on scene and firefighters extinguished the blaze using a high-power hose reel jet.

A third fire engine was also called from Rewley Road, Oxford, to help ensure the fire did not spread to neighbouring properties.

Thames Valley Police released the following statement:

“Thames Valley Police was called at around 4.25pm yesterday (16/2) to a report of a fire just off the A4095, Witney.

“An investigation is ongoing to establish the cause of the fire alongside the fire service.”
