A warrant was issued for a cannabis dealer accused of breaching his probation order.
Kosma Klapa, 26, was originally given the seven month suspended prison sentence last February for possession of the class B drug with intent to supply it.
His case was back in front of a judge at Oxford Crown Court on Thursday morning (February 16), after the probation service said he had breached the suspended sentence order through non-compliance.
Judge Nigel Daly issued a warrant for Klapa’s address not backed for bail. It means that, if police arrest him, they must bring him before the courts rather than release him from the police station on bail.
