A routine traffic stop resulted in the driver being arrested on suspicion of drug driving and flouting a roads ban.
Thames Valley Police's Roads Policing Unit said the driver's car was flagged by numberplate cameras in Kidlington as 'potentially' being uninsured.
When officers stopped the driver, checks showed they were disqualified from driving until 2024 - and a roadside drugs test pointed to them being over the limit for cannabis.
The driver, whose age and gender has not been released, was arrested.
