Geri Horner will be featuring in the upcoming season of The Crown.

Photos have emerged of star Dominic West - who plays Prince Charles — filming on location at Winchester Cathedral.

Also photographed was a red-haired actress wearing a skimpy Union Jack-patterned outfit, similar to the one that the former Ginger Spice wore when the group met with the future king at a 1997 charity gala for the Prince’s Trust.

At the time, both Halliwell and Mel B kissed Charles on the on the cheek, with Halliwell reported to have pinched his royal behind.

The Crown portrays the life of Queen Elizabeth II from her wedding in 1947 to Philip, Duke of Edinburgh until the early 21st century.

However, the TV series has also received backlash from British critics and the royal family for being "inaccurate" and "anti-monarchy".

In the 90s when the Spice Girls saw global success, Geri was known for her loud and confident persona as well as her short Union Jack dress.

She has undergone a style transformation since she married the boss of the Red Bull F1 team Christian Horner in 2015.

Geri, 50, and her husband recently applied for part-retrospective planning permission for a barn they had already started building at their country estate near Banbury.

One letter of objection said: "The barn has affected mobile phone signals in the village without a doubt."

Another described the barn as "a hideous blight on the landscape and does not conform."

West Northamptonshire Council permitted the building on condition it is used for private equestrian and land management uses only and no commercial use, including riding lessons, tuition, livery or competitions at any time.

It added that in addition no additional external lights or floodlights could be erected on the land or building 'without the prior express planning permission of the Local Planning Authority'.
