A driver and passenger were both hospitalised after a car crashed into a tree.
Thames Valley Air Ambulance were at the scene and paramedics treated the front passenger while fire crews extricated them from the vehicle.
The male driver was taken to hospital in Reading and the female passenger was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
The cause of the collision is not yet clear and is being investigated by Thames Valley Police.
No other vehicles were involved.
The accident happened just after 9.30am yesterday (19/1) on the B481 through Highmoor, near Henley.
Crews from Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service at Caversham Road, Goring Fire Station and Didcot Fire Station worked with South Central Ambulance Service and the Thames Valley Air Ambulance.
Watch Manager Jon Walker said: "We would like to remind drivers to take care on the roads on these cold days, give the road your full attention, plan your journey and only travel of absolutely necessary."
