A car has been left sitting upside down on a road after a collision this morning.

Thames Valley Police’s Roads Policing Unit is currently on the scene in Tramway, Brill – near Bicester – dealing with a vehicle which has end up flipped on its roof.

An image shared by the force on social media shows the vehicle positioned upside down on the icy road.

Officers at the scene have said the incident is a single vehicle condition where an occupant of the vehicle has been left with minor injuries.

The force urged drivers to be careful on the roads due to the freezing temperatures which has resulted in icy conditions on the roads.

The vehicle is awaiting recovery where it will be taken off the road.
