Drivers are being warned to take extra care at a busy road junction connecting to the A34 as the traffic light system has stopped working.
Writing on social media, Oxon Travel, an account run by Oxfordshire County Council, said: "There is a traffic signal fault with the lights at A34 Milton Interchange.
"Engineers have been made aware. Please proceed with caution."
