Oxford University mathematic modeller Joshua Bull has come up with likely outcomes for the World Cup.
Honing in on the data, applying his modelling skills, and adding a pinch of the assumptions that inform modelling, he has come up with the Oxford Mathematics 2022 World Cup predictor.
Mr Bull, who won the 2020 Fantasy Football competition from over eight million entrants, is also going to be providing predictions of individual games starting with England-Iran and including all the later knockout games on social media channels.
His mathematical model predicts Brazil are most likely to win after beating Belgium in the final.
And England will lose in the quarter-final.
