POLICE have taped off a park in Oxford which has remained inaccessible to the public since 12am this morning (November 16).

Several police cars can be seen outside the park in Wood Farm Road, behind the shops in Atkyns Road, in Wood Farm, Oxford.

An eyewitness told the Oxford Mail this morning that police are stationed at every corner of the park and nobody is being allowed.
