A PUB in Abingdon has been transformed in a ‘House of Horrors’ for Halloween.

The Blue Boar Pub in Bath Street has undergone a spooky makeover before the celebrations on Monday (October 31).

Alex Singleton created and installed the decorations which feature a spooky clown face and a monster with sharp teeth.

Oxford Mail:

He used recycled wood from the Oxford Recycle Centre in Abingdon and Raw, a reclaimed wood shop based in Blackbird Leys.

He also used spray paints, acrylic paints and builders foam for the face of the clown. Mr Singleton has already received lots of interest from passers-by who have made the occasional Halloween joke.

Oxford Mail:

The Blue Boar pub is looking forward to lots of ‘ghouls and spooky folk’ popping by on Halloween.
