A woman was threatened with a knife by a balaclava wearing thug.

The incident happened yesterday (October 21) at around 10pm.

Thames Valley Police officers were called to a report of the victim, a woman, who was threatened by a man with a knife on the fields near Northwood Crescent in Carterton.

The offender was wearing all black and a balaclava.

He then followed the victim down Upavon Way towards Brize Norton Road.

A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: “If you believe you may have witnessed this, or have information on the suspect, please call 101 and quote incident 20221021-2352.”
