It raised funds for the purpose-built band half on Tugwell Field in 2013 which is continuing to be expanded. Guests were welcome to view this extension at the 50th anniversary event as it nears completion.

WSB performs to local audiences through concerts and open-air events across the year. Its next event is The Snowman Live in December at The Beacon in Portway.
