An arrest has been made after a man racially abused another man and damaged his car.
Officers have asked for witnesses and CCTV footage of the incident which happened on Mold Cresent, Fiennes Road and Edmunds Road in Banbury at roughly 10.30pm on Friday October 14.
Police said the suspect in this incident has been arrested and is in custody.
TVP West Oxfordshire posted on Facebook: "We are appealing for witnesses following an incident of racially aggravated public order and criminal damage.
"If you witnessed any of this incident, or have any CCTV footage of it, please call 101 and quote reference 43220463253."
