TINA MCDONAGH, 39, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, admitted stealing lotion and cream from the Cosmetic Company and clothing from Tommy Hilfiger in Bicester. She was fined £180 and was ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £36 victim surcharge.

JASON GRANGE, 30, of Kiln Lane, Oxford, admitted damaging windows in Banbury. A serving prisoner, he was given two weeks’ imprisonment and ordered to pay £239 in costs and surcharge.

MICHAL KRAUZ, 29, of Castleford, Wakefield, admitted drink driving a BMW 320 in The Slade, Oxford, in July. Tests showed he had 48mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. He was fined £461, disqualified from driving for a year and ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £184 victim surcharge.

MONEY MILLS CHANDLER, 23, of Blandford Road, Reading, was fined £500 and ordered to pay £775 in costs after she was found guilty of assault by beating.

SIMON JOSEPH, 36, of Woodins Way, Oxford, was fined £150 for possession of cocaine and cannabis. He must pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

RHYS MELVILLE, 27, of Haddenham, Bucks, admitted drink driving a VW Polo on North Way, Oxford, in March. Tests showed he had 147mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80. He was fined £276, banned from driving for 17 months and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

JAN ZARECKY, 38, of The Square, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage at The Jam Factory in February. He was ordered to pay £200 in compensation and complete a six month mental health treatment requirement.

ALEX CHETWOOD, 31, of Mullein Road, Bicester, admitted drink driving an Audi A4 on Leach Road, Bicester, in February. He was more than twice the limit, blowing 76mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £600, banned from the roads for 18 months and ordered to pay £145 in costs and surcharge.

DANCIU BOGDAN-NICOLAE, 54, of Queens Road, Watford, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Vauxhall Astra on the M40 in January. He had 107mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, where the limit is 80. He was fined £120, banned from the roads for 16 months and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

ELLA SYME, 36, of Ray Road, Bicester, was given a six month mental health treatment requirement after she pleaded guilty to making four unnecessary emergency calls in breach of a restraining order imposed in 2019. She must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

JACK SPERRITT, 28, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted drink driving a Volvo XC60 on Springfield Avenue in January. Tests showed he ha 108mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The magistrates fined him £440, banned him from driving for 14 months and ordered he pay £129 in costs and surcharge.
