Traffic is expected to be slower as the day continues which is increased by the first day of the latest rail strikes as it is expected the roads will be busier.

Large parts of the rail network have no service at all, with only about one in ten services running nationwide. They will also start later and finish earlier.

Wiltshire Police are yet to provide a statement about the incident.
