A WOMAN in her Forties has been charged with shoplifting more than £350 of goods in Oxford.

Samantha Prior, aged 46, of Bayswater Road in Barton, has been charged with four counts in total of shoplifting.

She was charged on Saturday, September 17 following an investigation by Thames Valley Police.

The four counts relate to incidents that happened in stores in London Road, Headington and Queen Street, all in Oxford, between Tuesday, August 2 and Thursday, August 25 this year where over £350 worth of goods were stolen.

Prior was released on bail and is due to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, October 13.
