POLICE say they will clamp down on cyclists riding on pavements after spotting 33 in just two hours.
Police in Headington have carried out four surveys at the junction of London Road and Windmill Road in the past month.
The highest number of culprits caught was 33, between 3pm and 5pm on Monday, April 28.
None was given a fixed penalty.
