Sir - I endorse your reader's comment (May 2) that Oxford Bus Company needs competition on its Airline route as it is sinking into complacency.

The new timetable, which I suspect is mainly for the convenience of Oxford Bus Company, increases journey times to Oxford for passengers from four terminals and over 70 airlines. All for the benefit of British Airways passengers at terminal 5. Each journey now requires that we take a ten-minute drive to terminal 5 then sit in the gloom underneath the terminal for a further ten minutes just in case someone from BA turns up. They often do not. Time to address passengers' needs.
