Sex pest John Bustin failed to show up at Oxford Crown Court on the day he was set to be sentenced for flashing in public.
Bustin, 41, who has a 24-year history of exposing himself to women, faced jail after being found guilty of committing a sex act in public.
In March, city magistrates was told Bustin, who has conviction dating back to 1984 and was given an Asbo in 2006 in a bid to stop him flashing, committed the sex act in front of a woman in an alleyway last July.
He was caught after the woman saw a picture of him in the Oxford Mail.
