We don't expect Graham Eagle and Tony Nanton to be the most popular characters in Oxford city centre.
They are the two 'enforcers' who will hand out £20 fines to antisocial people, who leave their engines running, drop litter or stamp chewing gum into the pavement.
But they will be doing a valuable job. Oxford needs a good cleanup and less pollution.
